The inked paper of Risensyu is the temple's treasure. There is a rolling in the temple titled Nourisensyu Aoisan Keibyoui which tells the details about Risensyu. The rolling, 29.5cm long and 125.7cm wide, titled Zuihoumenzan Risensyu Kannyujyou is the summary of the rolling above mentioned.

Taiunji in Suou province is the old temple which the 7th generation of Eihei Kakuin Zenshi stayed and this temple has kept the Rinsensyu for long time. These were written by Dainen Zen priest, the founder of Koujyouji. However, these precious treasures had been transferred to everywhere and became the worm-eaten treasture and no one knows about these nowadays. I could finally get these treasures by changing the writings of Dougen priest. For the memorial service of 400 years after the foundation, I would present these treasures to Ganwa priest, the chief priest of Aoisan. Thus, please keep these as the treasure forever.

Menzan Zen priest was 79 years old at that time. However, there is no record left after this episode. Thus, it is uncertain whether he was on the way to travelling Nishikaido or not. But it should have been the travel with the deep thought to present these treasures to the temple.

Menzan zen priest was one of the best priest of Soutou sect. He received the certificate from Soueki zen priest and became the 14th chief priest of Kuuinji. After he retired, he built the Eifukuan and died in September, Meiwa 6(1769) at the age of 87. It was 8 years earlier than his death when he presented these treasures.
