The place of the Kuinji which has the graveyard of Sakai family and The place where the Obama elementary school are the place where Motomitsu Takeda built the Nochise castle and the centre of Obama province's government until Takatsugu Kyogoku built the Unpin castle.

After Takatsugu died, his son, Tadataka, built the Taiunji for his father, but he moved to Matsue in Kanei 11(1634). Tadakatsu Sakai moved here at the same year, he moved the remains of his father and named the temple as Kentaiji. During Kanbun era, the second feudal lord, Tadanao, repaired the temple and rename as Kuinji Kentaisan.

There is the big main hall after going though the main gate nears the cave of Happyakubikuni. The graveyard is located on southeast in the precincts. There is an approach from the main hall to the graveyard. It is about 600 square metres and walled in.

The graves of Tadatoshi and his wife were located in south and the most right hand corner. Other graves of generations are located in order 1. Tadakatsu, 2. Tadanao, 3.Tadataka, 4.Tadasono, 5.Tadaoto, 6.Tadaakira and until 7.Tadamochi. However from the grave of 8.Tadayoshi, 9.Tadatsura, 10.Tadayuki, 11.Tadayori and 13.Tadauchi are located differently. These graves are made with granite. The most of two stepped stage are made with one piece. The name after their death, rank and the year of their death were engraved behind. The grave engraved "Sakai family's grave" was built in Taisho 13(1924) with repairing the graveyard in Tokyo.
