Hikogoro Nobukata was the son of Nobutoyo Takeda, the protector of Wakasa province. It is considered that he inherited after the Nobutaka's death. There is his name written in a writing of Myotsuji in Kouji 3(1557).

It is said that he died in Tensho 13(1585), according to Ryusenji temple, or Tensho 14(1586), according to Bukkokuji temple.

There are many letters kept which he wrote. Takeda family would have military strength during the period of Nobutoyo, his father, Yoshizumi, his older brother and Motoaki, his nephew. At the time of Nobunaga Oda's Echizen attack, it fought with Echizen Asakura. It seems that it was washed away at the flow at the time although he tried resistance to the last as member of Takeda who pulls Seiwa Minamoto's blood in the disturbance of the Age-of-Civil-Wars last stage.

He has Eboshi, a small sword in Suou, a Japanese fan in right hand and he sit on upper Tatami in this drawing. His face is elegant in the family line of a distinguished family at a tumultuous time, and is considered to have been the general who had remarkable character.

The Notice was written by Gentou Morin, the chief priest of Nanzenji, in Keicho 8(1603), 19 years later he died. Youyu Eiho died one year before, but Gentou may have had something to do with Takeda family.

It is 82.7cm long and 34.9cm wide and apparently different style from the drawing of Nobutaka and Bunseizenji. It is also considered that it had been made while he lived. It is a drawing of Busho which makes us images his exciting life.
