@There is a writing about the origin of Wakasa lacquer in Wakasakou as
Mr. Sanjyuro Matsuura started Kikujinnuri and it is the origin of Wakasa
lacquer. And there is also the name of Sanjyuro in other part of Wakasakou.
Thus it seems that the name of Sanjyuro had been given to the craftsman
of Wakasa lacquer from generation to generation. At Fumibako and Fudegara,
the decoration is same and it is considered that these two Wakasa lacquer
wares are made by Sanjyuro which mentioned in Wakasakou.
@These old Wakasa lacquer wares are, as the works of Edo period, superior
which some are clear who made.
